Son, 27, 'wants to sue his parents because he didn't CONSENT to being born'

Giving birth to a child is always a special feeling. Unlike anything else in this world,  the parents of the child bear certain responsibilities and their baby is considered to be the gift of the Almighty.

Surprisingly, in the 21st century, parents need proper consent from their child before giving him/her birth in this world otherwise consequences may be a little different; just like the  27 year old  Raphael Samuel from Mumbai, India, who  intends to sue his parents.

Raphael who happens to be a so-called 'child-free' advocate strongly claims to take  a legal step against his parents as his parents didn't ask for his consent before giving him birth. Although  he shares a good relationship with his parents as he said, "I love my parents, and we have a great relationship, but they had me for their joy and their pleasure." , but still considers a child's consent for being born is of utmost importance unlike him who was born without his consent and has also  been described as an 'anti-natalist' .

He states that parents cannot give birth to their child if the child disagrees to be born. Adding to that, he states, "Your parents are two people at the age of 20-25 who just wanted a good night together and then they had you,"

According to the reports, he firmly thinks that every parent is accountable to their children  for giving birth to them  and that every child deserves a right to know why they've been given birth and it's an open end option unlike any compulsion for giving birth to a new life.

He even said,"My life has been amazing, but I don’t see why I should put another life through the rigamarole of school and finding a career, especially when they didn’t ask to exist."

And he also mentions that one needs   to be respected as a person for  who they are and also talks about the importance of respecting an individual's actions irrespective of the concept of respecting elders in the Indian 'myth' via his YouTube videos.

He also asks, "Has that person treated you well? Is that person giving you freedom? Is that person encouraging your growth?"

Ultimately, Raphael highlights the importance of an individual's feeling to be loved and respected and be aware of their rights.
